House in the heart of Lomagne, the Coco gîte

Le Moulin Neuf is located 5 km from Fleurance , 24 km from Auch, and 16 km from Lectoure, a spa town. Nestled in the heart of the countryside, the Coco cottage is a comfortable haven of peace for a stay in the countryside, allowing you to explore the region. The cottage is an outbuilding restored in 2020 from an old water mill, in the middle of 5ha of meadow. It is also the perfect place to stay for the famous Fleurance Astronomical Festival and for employees on the go. Dog accepted on request. The space The accommodation, recently created in the former stables of the Moulin Neuf, is called "Gîte Coco". At the entrance, you will find a coat rack and a guest toilet with sink A large 35 m2 living room consists of the living room, with a sofa, a coffee table, flat-screen TV with DVD player, dining room and open kitchen. In the kitchen, dishes and cookware for four guests, a mixed gas stove, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine provide you with comfort. In the breakfast area, you will find a filter coffee machine, French press coffee maker, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, toaster and an electric kettle. You can add a baby crib. The large window with shutters opens onto the park... The second bedroom offers two 90 x 190 single beds, two nightstands with bedside lamps and storage. The light enters through a large skylight with electric opening and closing, and equipped with a blackout curtain. In the bathroom, you will find a large walk-in shower, a sink with cupboard, a toilet. Shower gel and some household products are at your disposal. Guest access In front of the cottage is a dining area with table and chairs, a small charcoal barbecue, for relaxation two deckchairs, two lounge chairs and a parasol. Parking is available under a carport in the park, close to your home. The automatic lighting turns on at night when you walk on the path.
