Private Entrance although Family Home is upstairs meaning we do live on the property so there is some noise upstairs and occasional dog noises but we strive to be very quiet for our guests. The space Bright and Airy walk out basement with gourmet kitchen Each bedroom has luxury linens and comfortable beds/pillows Bathroom is fully stocked with everything you would need for a weekend away Home is on a septic. Please don’t flush anything besides toilet paper 🧻 Owners do live on the property with two children upstairs. Minor noise to be expected downstairs ( although muffled ) just want to be transparent! Guaranteed quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. No additional guests allowed except for who is listed in the rental No parties/No Smoking Guest access You can park ONE vehicle on the far left of the driveway with stairs leading down the south side of the home to a private entrance. Other things to note 1. Home is on SEPTIC so please don’t flush anything besides toilet paper 2. We do not keep the thermostat above 68 degrees in winter & 74 for summer. Because it is connected to our whole house-the dial is upstairs with us. I do have sensors in all of the rooms in the basement for accurate temperature readings. If you tend to run cold please pack accordingly & there is plenty of blankets. Reminder that this is a basement apartment so please pack accordingly to how your body temperature runs. Thank you for understanding. 3. A starter pack of supplies such as shampoo + conditioner and dishwasher pods will be provided. 1 roll of paper towels per week and 4 rolls of TP per one week stay. No laundry detergent will be provided 4. No guests outside of the ones listed on the description 5. Spiders are a commonplace here in the country. While we do spray outside it is a basement and we cannot control if you see a spider. Kill it and keep going with your day 6. Please do not move furniture 7. No Vaping or Smoking of any kind, this is not a party home. If smoking or vaping is suspected you will be asked to leave 8. Not an Uber friendly location you must have a vehicle. 9. No parties
