This is an immaculate condo, completely remodeled to match the decor at 1 Hotel & Homes. Two queen beds allow 4-6 guests to sleep comfortably. A full kitchen for cooking your gourmet meals has a beautiful custom made counter and a table with 4 chairs for dining. From your private, furnished balcony you can see the beach and the beautiful 1 Hotel main pool deck. Tenants have access to 3 pools, beach service, pool side bar & more. Rent includes WIFI, cable & all utilities. 30 day minimum. The space This one of a kind studio has two queen beds, a plush sleeper sofa, accompanied by a 4 seater dining table. The unit is one of the only units in the building with a washer/dryer. You will have access to the amenities at 1 Hotel & Homes South Beach, to include: the three pools, beach service, and restaurants. Anatomy gym is not included, but the gym offers special membership pricing to Roney Guest. The gym will need to be contacted directly to coordinate gym access. Guest access In order to finalize your booking the building requires for an application to be submitted and approved. The building will run a background check and will require photo identification (license or passport). Five Star Luxury's Travel's team will submit all paperwork to the building on your behalf. Other things to note There is a $100 application fee and a $30 fee per fob. This is paid directly to the building. You will be required to pay a security deposit with the management company at the time of booking. This can be done by purchasing a $79 damage waiver or by paying a $500 security deposit via credit card. Please note that the damage wavier is only available to United States citizens. Residents of New York and Hawaii are not eligible to purchase the damage waiver. If you choose to purchase the damage waiver, this has to be done 24 hours prior to your check-in date to be valid. All bookings will require a once per week mid-week cleaning of $100 plus tax. The cleaning includes fresh linens and towels. Payment must be made to the management company upon booking.
