House with its own beach and jetty

The old house is located high up with brilliant sea views and in a western position. The private beach with jetty and pavilion, is reached via the path down (the rather steep) mountain. The house has a living area of about 200 m2. The entrance floor consists of a kitchen and large living room with access to the terrace facing the sea. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, a "library", bathroom and a glazed balcony with panoramic sea views. In the basement there is a toilet, shower and laundry room. Welcome to Lyckorna about 60 km north of Gothenburg. Other things to note Guests will bring their own sheets and towels. The guest is responsible for ensuring that the house is cleaned at check-out. Saturdays are changeover days. Internet access is available.
