Private rooms in “La Casita”, our family home. We are located in the heart of the city of City Bell, a block and a half from Centenario Road (from where you can easily access public transport to go to both CABA and downtown La Plata), and two blocks from the main street of downtown City Bell, where you can enjoy its gastronomy, shops and charm. We invite you to enjoy our beautiful home. The space Private rooms, located on the first floor of our house, accessed by stairs, where we offer the possibility of accommodating 1 to 4 guests. Our space has a private bathroom, parking inside the property with an automated gate. In our accommodation we provide you with linens, shower hygiene items, hair dryer, and we leave you coffee, tea and mineral water for your personal consumption if you wish. My husband and I live on the property, sharing with guests only the common areas located on the ground floor of the house, such as the kitchen, dining room, and living room. If only one room is occupied, the other will remain closed without the option of renting to another person, the first floor being exclusively for guests. Guest access We will welcome you together with my husband, as we live on the property. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed inside the property, nor is inviting people other than the guests who are staying. The keys to the accommodation are non-transferable to anyone other than the renter.
