Peaceful and centrally-located 3 miles from Tryon International Equestrian Center TIEC & local wineries . The space We renovated our garage into a living space This is a separate building from our home with a separate drive up entrance and it’s own patio & seating area outside & picnic table . This is NOT A Wheelchair accessible Airbnb . We have a bonus bedroom in this building now available to be added to the Airbnb upon special request for an extra 100$ (2 night minimum) This bedroom has a queen bed and a role away single bed in it There will be a separate charge from the host for using this bedroom . Attached to the opposite side of this building is the laundry room for our guests. Feel free to use this anytime you have laundry needs included in that building is an iron & ironing board . Guest access Access to laundry room & a hammock while you wait for clothes to dry The door to the laundry room is labeled Laundry This space is not locked it is located on opposite side of building you are staying in feel free to walk around the front of the building to locate & become familiar with our property Other things to note We are only 1 mile from Over Mountain Vineyard On weekends they often feature food trucks & a very laid back atmosphere where you can relax & enjoy an awesome glass of wine We are only 5 miles from Mountain Brook Vineyard - this is a very beautiful setting as well with live music & food trucks on weekends (sunset there is amazing) Local hiking to several beautiful waterfalls is delightful & worth the effort Little & Big Bradley Falls or Melrose Falls are very scenic and beautiful (ask me for hiking sticks or if you want to schedule a guided hike )
