Stay in a custom-built treehouse nestled in the Red River Gorge forest on private land—perfect for family getaways, romantic escapes, or friend trips. Open the 15-ft glass garage door to enjoy sunset views and forest sounds. Step outside to a nearby trailhead leading to spots like Gray’s Arch and more. Just 15 mins from local favorites like Miguel’s Pizza, coffee shops, and mini golf! Availability is limited—secure your summer vacation dates now before it's gone! The space Looking for a unique getaway that blends outdoor adventure with modern comforts? Tucked in the heart of the Red River Gorge, The Kentucky Breeze is your dream escape! This custom-designed treehouse gives you the best of both worlds—natural serenity and thoughtful amenities. One of its most striking features is the 15-foot sliding garage-style door that opens to a screened-in porch overlooking the forest. Whether you’re sipping coffee as the sun rises or unwinding with a glass of wine at sunset, it’s the perfect space to soak in the sights and sounds of nature—bug-free. Upstairs, you’ll find a private stargazing deck that offers views of the night sky—no city lights, just you and the stars. And when the day begins, trailheads just steps away lead to unforgettable hikes, including Natural Bridge and Gray’s Arch. Inside, you’ll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, and comfy beds for a restful night’s sleep. Outside, a fire pit awaits for marshmallow roasting, grilling, and storytelling under the stars. And when you’re ready to venture out, you’re just 15 minutes from some of the Red River Gorge’s most beloved local spots. Grab a slice at Miguel’s Pizza, fuel up with coffee from Daniel Boone Coffee Shop, cool off with ice cream, or check out nearby mini golf and other outdoor attractions. Whether it’s climbing, hiking, or just hanging out, you’ll never run out of things to do. Whether you’re planning a romantic retreat, a weekend with friends, or a family escape, the Kentucky Breeze offers an unforgettable treehouse experience. From morning hikes to evening fires, this is your chance to disconnect from the noise and reconnect with what matters most. Availability is limited - so lock in those summer dates before it's gone! Guest access Welcome to our forest treehouse—an unforgettable stay surrounded by nature! Enjoy unique features like a rooftop patio and a 15-foot glass garage door that opens to stunning woodland views. Relax by the campfire under the stars, or explore scenic trails just a short walk from the treehouse. Located near popular hikes like Gray’s Arch and Natural Bridge, adventure is always right outside your door. Other things to note Welcome to our treehouse in the Red River Gorge! ☑ You’ll have access to beautiful hiking trails, but note that some paths and steps are steep or uneven. ☑ The stargazing deck is accessible through windows, and the loft—home to the bed, full bathroom, and deck—requires a climb via ladder or stairs. ☑ The loft bed is a double, but we recommend the queen air mattress in the main area for added comfort. ☑ Please bring your own firewood, charcoal, and lighter fluid for the grill and fire pit. ☑ The gravel road to the top parking area is steep with a sharp turn—driveable, but worth preparing for. We recommend 4WD in winter or for guests uncomfortable with steep gravel roads. I personally drive a 2WD and manage just fine. There is a parking lot at the bottom if you prefer. Just be prepared for a short hike up to the treehouse. ☑ Before your stay, we’ll send a detailed welcome guide. Be sure to take a look at our detailed guidebook in our profile. ☑Keep in mind—you’re staying in the National Forest, so expect the charm of nature (bugs included!). It’s a one-of-a-kind escape, not a resort. We can’t wait to host you!
