Superb bastide in the heart of a winery

Our bastide is located in the heart of the Luberon Natural Park in the middle of the Chateauneuf La Blaque wine estate in the town of Pierrevert. The property is 5 km from the Golf du Luberon, in the heart of the olive trees and vineyards, not overlooked and without any noise. The property includes a 300 m2 habitable bastide with large terrace, a 12 x 6 m swimming pool and a 120 m2 pool house. Guest access The house is broken down as follows: On the ground floor: - An entrance  - A kitchen with cellar: you have a fridge/freezer, a microwave, an induction cooktop, a gas stove with electric oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher... In the pantry is the washing machine as well as another refrigerator. - An office  - A living/dining room: very large living room with a table seating 12 people, as well as a living room/fireplace - A TV lounge: large TV with a home theater - A master suite with electric bed (160 x 200), bathroom and adjoining dressing room - A bedroom with 160 x 200 cm bedding and separate bathroom  - A toilet with hand basin Upstairs: - A bathroom with shower and bathtub - A toilet - 4 bedrooms: one bedroom with electric bed (180 x 200) and 3 bedrooms with beds 160 x 200 - a dressing room (closed) The kitchen has a very large terrace with a large table (12 people) and a gas barbecue Outside: Below the bastide is the swimming pool and the pool house with kitchen and shower room/WC. - Large terrace with swimming pool (12 x 6 m) secured by an electric shutter and deckchairs - Under the pool house you will find garden furniture, a very large table, a plancha and a pizza oven/barbecue. - An adjoining kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher and stove and all the dishes available - Bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet We provide linens: sheets, towels, tablecloths, tea towels...
