I have a well maintained beach style cottage with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Large green yard with a waterfall pond, lots of plants and flowers, and a covered porch. It is a private setting in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking space for your utility trailer and/or ATV's. Just minutes from several beach accesses, as well as Bay Street shopping and local restaurants. ***This is my home, not a vacation rental. I live here when I'm not away for work. Please be respectful and kind. My house is small, under 1000sq ft. It comfortably hosts 3-4 adults. I have a king-size bed in the master bedroom and a queen size bed in the second bedroom. There is a leather couch and loveseat in the living room, but NO sofa bed. There is a half bath in the master bedroom (toilet and sink), but only the hall bath has a shower/tub with it. There is seating for 4 at the kitchen table and also at the outdoor patio table. The garage is NOT included. Small children are NOT allowed. There is an open pond in the yard, no child safety locks or preventions of any kind, lots of glass objects, and glass doors within easy reach. I would not consider it safe for infants and small children, so when requesting a reservation please include the ages of anyone in your party that is under 12. I do NOT have cable TV. I use Roku which provides lots of free TV channels and movies as well as streaming apps such as NetFlix, Hulu and Prime that you may sign into with your existing access. Feel free to download any app you want to the Roku lineup. The Roku remote is all you need to watch TV and the volume is located on the right hand side of the remote. You have 2 options for check-in: 1. Lockbox with traditional key 2. Electronic key on your phone via the Kevo app. Airbnb will make the lockbox code available to you 24 hrs prior to check in. If you'd like to use your phone instead, just download the Kevo app and create an account with your email address. Send me the email address you used on the app, and I will email an ekey back to you. This allows you to use your phone as a house key during your stay. I am available for questions and assistance any time. There is also a security camera at the front door with audio available if you are having trouble at check-in. If you need assistance, please call, text, or email me. I live in a quiet neighborhood across from the Middle School. My house is on a dead-end street, which keeps the traffic and noise to a minimum. My neighbors are not exactly tidy, but they are quiet and kind. Please report any noise issues to me immediately. Florence is a small town and easily accessible by bike if you are so inclined. There are many places within walking distance as well. Several beach and lake accesses are within a few minutes of driving distance. Pets are NOT allowed. Infants and/or small children are NOT allowed. No parties or other noise disturbances, please respect my neighbors. No smoking or drug use on the premises. The garage is NOT included, but there is plenty of parking space in the driveway.
