Now welcoming short-term stays! Our 3BR, 2Bath, 1200 sqft. upper-level unit is located in the heart of South Lake Tahoe, only minutes from Heavenly Ski Resort, Ski Run Marina, Safeway and Whole Foods, transit/busses, beaches, bike rentals, SUP, shopping, dining, casinos, and more! The Bavarian Village condo complex is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and features a community heated seasonal pool and year-round hot tub just steps from the front door. For your convenience, there is private high-speed cable internet with in-unit WiFi. There is also a laundromat on site. Inside, the condo features all the comforts of home, including a full-sized family room with 2 La-Z-Boy sofas, a 50' flat screen HD smart TV with Roku streaming device, and a Wii. The kitchen is fully stocked, including a full-size oven/stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, griddle, and blender. The Master suite is furnished with a King bed and a flat-screen HD TV as well as a private full-size bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen bed, and the third bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. The second bathroom is a shared full-sized bathroom with a tub. There are plenty of towels and linens in all bedrooms. The condo is family-friendly with a pack and play, high chair and booster seat, toys and puzzles, beach toys, snow sleds, and children's dinnerware on site. We're also happy to provide beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and a shade tent. As required by city ordinance, the condo is equipped with an outdoor camera and an indoor noise monitoring device. Please see our calendar for availability. Peak seasons and holidays require a minimum night's stay, and holiday rates may apply. No parties, no events, no sub-letting. Guest access For our guests with younger children, we're happy to provide a pack-n-play, high chair and booster chair, toys, games, children's books, and a stroller for your use. Other things to note *IMPORTANT* To confirm your reservation, we also require a completed and signed lease agreement as well as a copy of your current driver's license. Pricing is based on 6-person occupancy. We are unable to accommodate groups larger than 6. Absolutely no subletting. Absolutely no parties, no pets. Please be sure to review our policies and rules regarding cleaning and cleaning fees. As required by City of South Lake Tahoe ordinance, the property is equipped with an outdoor video camera and an indoor noise monitoring device.
