Street parking is also available but not recommended. The yard around the pool is fully fenced in and landscaped that you can enjoy year-round. This includes lounge chairs around the pool. FAQ: Q: Is the pool private? A: Yes and no. While it is not shared with anyone else, we do live on the property. Typically, during the week it is not used by us. But, you may find us out enjoying it on the weekends. Access to the pool is included! Q: Is the pool heated? A: Yes, the pool is heated during the cooler months (End of April, May, end of September, and October). There will be an extra cost to heat the pool - please inquire around pool heating rate. Q: Can I host a Party or Get-Together here? Even if my friends/ family are not staying the night? A: Sorry, we cannot accommodate other guests on our property that are not part of your reservation. This is to stay in compliance with the Atlanta Short Term Rental Ordinance and as well as covering ourselves with AirBnB's guidelines. We have worked hard to maintain our Atlanta Rental License and would like to keep it to continue hosting. Q: Is this a private home? Do you live on the property? A: Yes, this is a private structure. Yes, we are on the property as well. Our home and the AirBnB are two separate buildings. Our pool separates both structures, giving ample separation between. There is also a separate driveway that allows you private access into the building.
