From the house, you’re within walking distance of the Park, which offers endless trails and scenery. -DESIGN- Famed architect Ron Radziner established the architectural design firm, Marmol Radziner and Associates, with Leo Marmol in Venice in 1989. By 2014, Radziner had worked on restoration projects originally designed by architects like Cliff May, John Lautner, and E. Stewart Williams. The firm also completed the restoration of Neutra's Kronish House in Beverly Hills that year. Over the course of his career, Radziner had helped design homes for clients like Tom Ford and Bradley Cooper and was honored as an inductee of the Interior Design Hall of Fame in 2009. -ESSENTIALS- The cabin has WiFi, heating, and air conditioning, plus parking for 2 vehicles. Cleaning Protocols As the only professional management company in the area, we have always maintained exceptional cleaning standards. We pay above the living wage standards; 100% of your cleaning fee is paid to the cleaners (i.e. no profit to us) and we insist on a professional level of cleaning between guests. We love the High Desert for a lot of reasons - including the open spaces, lack of crowds, and dry weather that we believe make it a safe place to visit. Guest access You will have the entire house and property to yourself.
