The soundproof at Panorama Nha Trang building is not good and all the rooms are the same. Sometimes you will be affected by the noise from the road or outside events on Tết, Holidays or Weekends. If you are hard sleepers, please consider carefully before making the reservation. 2. The elevator system in this building is not working well, sometimes you will wait around 5-15 mins to get the elevator, especially on high time like11:00-15:00, 17:00-19:00 Guest access - Guests can access any parts of the apartment 24/7 with their own key cards; - All common spaces such as pool, gym, etc. on the 6th floor of the building are free for guests to use; - Paid parking area on the B2 floor. Please ask the security to pay the 24 hours parking fee: 30,000VND for a bike, and 100,000VND for a car below 7 seats. Other things to note CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT - Check-in time: From 14:00 - Check-out time: By 12:00 noon CHECKING IN Check-in time is after 14:00 on your arrival date. If you arrive before the check-in time and the apartment is not ready, you are welcome to relax in the lounge area with free Wifi and coffee shops nearby. Please let us know ahead if you need to check in earlier, we can try to get the apartment ready earlier. - Step 1: Pick up the Key Card from the Reception on the ground floor - Step 2: Use the Elevator to get up the floor - Step 3: Press the key card to enter the apartment - Step 4: Enjoy your stay and let us know if we missed anything to accommodate you. CHECKING OUT Latest 12:00 (noon) check-out date, please inform us if you need to check out later than 12:00 to see if it's possible and if there will be extra charge. EARLY ARRIVAL Early arrival before 14:00 can be confirmed as per room availability. LATE DEPARTURE Late departure can be confirmed as per room availability - After 12:00 noon to 13:00: Free of charge subject to availability. - After 13:00 to 17:00: Half day to be charged. - After 17:00: Full day to be charged. APARTMENT RULES 1. Please INFORM us beforehand about your flight arrivals, arrival time, or check-in time as soon as possible. 2. If you want to INVITE friends over, please let us know in advance. 3. Please TURN OFF all the electrical appliances before you go out. 4. NO SMOKING inside the room. Smokers could only smoke on the balcony or smoking area. 5. NO PARTY, NO DRUGS, and NO PROSTITUTE because there are illegal in Vietnam. 6. Please LOWER your voice after 22:00 to avoid disturbing others; 7. Please DON'T THROW any things in the toilet including toilet paper 8. Please KEEP my apartment nice and clean during your stay. You can buy the buffet ticket at reception on ground floor to get cheaper price. #2 Q: Can I rent a scooter? A: Yes, sure! Our onsite team can help you with scooter rental. It usually costs around 150,000VND per day without petrol, including 2 helmets. #3 Q: Can I check in earlier than 2 PM? A: Please be informed that our check-in time is at 2 PM. Early check-in will is subject to availability and might involve an extra charge as well. We might not be able to promise any late check-out service at this point. #4 Q: Can I leave the luggage before check-in/after check-out? A: Yes, of course, you are most welcome to arrive at an earlier time, drop your luggage off first, and start exploring the area while waiting for your apartment to be ready. #5 Q: Can I have a later check-out on my departure date? A: Please be informed that our check-out time is at 12noon. Late check-out is subject to availability and might involve extra charge as well. We might not be able to promise any late check-out service at this point. However, you may leave the room and pack your luggage by noontime while our onsite team starts cleaning the room. #6 Q: Can I contact you directly and see the property before I make a booking? A: Airbnb policy stated that we can not do a site visit before the booking is confirmed for safety reasons. The exact address, directions, and details of the property will be given after you book the property. #7 Q: I don’t have a credit card, can I pay directly on the spot?
