This home is a perfect base for families or couples who, on the one hand, want to be close to the dynamics of Amsterdam (20 min by car travel distance) and at the same time enjoy a quiet, relaxed environment. Muiderberg is a small village with a lovely beach where you can enjoy the low water of the IJmeer with (young) kids. You can swim, kayaking, sailing, winds and kitesurfing here. In the village there is also a small lake where you can swim. The space Our house is very cozy, bright and equipped with all the comforts. The living room is adjacent to a lovely flowery backyard where the sun shines all day. The house is about 500 meters from the beach with the oldest beach pavilion of the country "the Seagull", where you can eat a delicious snack, enjoy an ice cream or get a drink, while the kids have fun in the playground or the water. Water sports enthusiasts get their heart here with souls, wind or kitesurfing, or kayaking. In the cozy harbor, you can rent various materials for this. Guest access The entire house is available for you (except for a practical space in the garden). The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, freezer, freezer, oven, oven, stove and dishwasher. Living room with tv and large dining table that can be lived on. We have a children's mountain bike and ladies bike that is at your disposal. The bathroom is small and simple but has a washbasin, toilet, shower and bathtub! Turning or drying a wash is of course no problem. These can be found in the shed at the house. We have free, high-speed WiFi. In the garden, there is a practice space. In consultation with you, treatment will take place there from time to time. This space is not rented to guests. Other things to note A very nice cat lives in our house. Her name is Toetsie. We would be very happy if you could eat her daily during the stay. Do you also want to occasionally water the plants in the garden? Our home is not located on a main road, making it wonderfully quiet. There is ample free parking just 20 meters from the front door.
