Book your dates before they leave. Guest access For the duration of your stay, you have the entire villa and its outdoor spaces exclusively. You're at home! Access has been designed for your comfort and peace of mind: • Total independence: You have your own keys to enter and exit as you wish. • Private parking: Access is via a sliding gate opening onto a wide private driveway within the property. You can easily park two vehicles safely, a rare luxury in the city center. • Living areas: You have unlimited access to the private pool, covered terrace, and laundry room. • Single-storey: The villa is entirely single-storey, access to the various rooms (bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen) is fluid and without stairs. We are of course available by email or phone to assist you and answer any questions you may have to ensure that your arrival goes smoothly. Other things to note To ensure that your stay and that of future guests go smoothly, here are some important points to note: • Serenity of the neighborhood: The villa is located in a quiet and residential area. To respect the neighborhood, we ask that you limit noise pollution, especially after 10 p.m. Parties and evenings are strictly forbidden. • Healthy environment: For everyone's comfort, the interior of the house is strictly non-smoking. You can of course smoke outside, on the terrace, using the ashtrays provided for this purpose. • Our animal friends: Although we love them very much, pets are not allowed on the property. • Eco-responsibility: Reunion is a beautiful island that we want to preserve. Thank you in advance for turning off the air conditioning when you leave the rooms or when the windows are open, and for ensuring reasonable use of water. • Pool maintenance: A quick visit for pool maintenance may take place during your stay (we will notify you in advance so as not to disturb your privacy). • Capacity: For insurance and security reasons, the villa is designed for a maximum of 4 guests.
