The day before your arrival, please kindly inform me about your planned arrival time. The neighborhood is very quiet. The studio has underfloor heating controlled by a thermostat in the bathroom. Smoking, electronic cigarettes and open flames are not allowed in the apartment. The space The apartment has a single bed and a sofa bed. The studio is fully equipped with kitchen accessories, induction cooktop, TV, fridge, washing machine and bathroom with shower. The price includes Wi-Fi and free parking (for passenger cars only) on the plot. The entrance gate is opened with a remote control. Guest access The entire studio and equipment. Other things to note Smoking, electronic cigarettes and the use of open flames are prohibited in the apartment. After 11 p.m. there is an obligation to register additional people staying in the guest's apartment. The presence of unregistered persons in the guest's room after 11 p.m. is tantamount to the consent of the tenant to their paid accommodation. Each person will be accommodated at the applicable price for an adult. When leaving the room, the guest should close the windows, turn off the TV, turn off the lights, close the taps of the water supply system and close the door. The entrance gate for the car opens automatically with the remote control, then it is locked for a minute after pressing the button and closes automatically. The gate locks when the car is at the height of the photocell, which prevents it from closing.
