The house offers a large living room with a double sofa bed and direct access to the terrace🌞, an open and functional kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom with three single beds and two bathrooms: one with a bathtub 🛁 and one with a shower🚿. 📍It's not in the center, but you'll find supermarkets and bars within easy reach nearby. Ideal for those looking for space, tranquility and practicality! Other things to note 🛎️ USEFUL INFORMATION FOR YOUR STAY Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a message on your mobile phone with all the details, including the rental agreement for your stay. For any need, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day, from 08:00 to 22:00, all day! If you decide to visit Camogli by car🚗, we recommend checking the access times. In any case, in the city you will find paid parking 🅿️ where you can leave your car and enjoy your stay without worries! 😊 👶 TRAVELING WITH YOUNG CHILDREN? • We offer a crib and high chair on request for children from 0 to 2 years old. • The service costs €30 for the entire stay, including sheets. 🐾 PETS WELCOME! • We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends, upon request and confirmation. • Additional cost: €30 per stay. • In the event of any damage to furniture or fabrics, you will be charged. 🧾 TOURIST TAX • €2.50 per person per day, up to a maximum of 7 days. • Children under the age of 15 are exempt. • The tax is not included in the booking price. ♻️ RECYCLING • We ask you to respect the rules of separate collection. • At check-out, the apartment must be free of waste. • Otherwise, a penalty of €30 will be applied 🚭 Important note: No smoking inside the house.
