Feel free to have guests over, however, in compliance with the city regulations, there cannot be more than 10 people overnight the unit at any given time. Over occupancy may result in eviction. PARKING: There is free parking available on the premises. GATHERINGS: We know you are coming to Saratoga to have a good time, but out of respect to the other tenants and neighbors, this property has a strict “No Party” policy. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit. SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your apartment during your reservation period. MINIMUM AGE: By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is at or after 2pm and check-out time is prior to or at 11am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.
