House for 8 people located in a charming little village of Puy de Dôme. The house is 30 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand and Vichy. In the accommodation there are leaflets allowing you to know the many visits, hikes, swimming and activities to do in the area. The space *On the ground floor: dining room, living room, TV, equipped kitchen, bathroom with toilet. *On the 1st floor: one bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a second bedroom composed of a living room with a sofa bed and a 140 cm bed *On the 2nd floor: one bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a second with a 120 cm bed *Exterior: enclosed backyard with garden furniture, covered terrace with bar. Barbecue. * Complete baby equipment if needed and free. * Children's games * Children's park 150 m away with outdoor games Other things to note *highway exit 5 km away (Combronde) * Vehicles cannot be parked in the courtyard. The house is located in the heart of a small village, you can park on the street, in front of the house. * parties are not allowed * No smoking inside the house is allowed. * sheets and towels are provided. * the house must be left clean, you do not have a cleaning fee.
