Fisherman's apartment in front of the sea in Luc-sur-Mer

The apartment called "l'Odette" is a 2-room apartment of 32 m2 ideally located in the charming small town of Luc sur Mer, Normandy, in the heart of the Côte de Nacre and the landing beaches. L'Odette is located right in front of the sea on the ground floor in a small shared courtyard sheltered from wind and noise. Many free parking spaces are nearby. Ideal for vacationers with pets or children but also for workers! The space My apartment "l'Odette" consists of a living room, a separate bedroom, an independent kitchen and a bathroom. - The living room includes a new and quality sofa bed, a TV with Wi-Fi connection, storage, a dining area with a table and chairs. - In the bedroom you will find a large quality 160 cm bed purchased in April 2022 (bed made on arrival), bedside tables, storage unit and a wardrobe. - In the kitchen separate from the living room you will find 1 fridge top 1 washer, 2 induction hot plates, 1 sink, 1 microwave, 1 mini oven, 1 capsule coffee maker, 1 toaster, cooking utensils, dishes and some basic products (oil, vinegar, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper...) - In the bathroom there is a shower, a sink and a toilet (towels and shower mats, toilet paper and shower gel are at your disposal) "L'Odette" is located on the ground floor at the end of a small courtyard, quiet and sheltered from the wind. Linens (duvet/blanket/sheets/towels) are provided. A key box is placed on the front door if I cannot be present upon your arrival or departure. Guest access You have access to the courtyard with a small garden shared with other homes. Other things to note - A key box with a secret code (communicated the day before or the morning of your arrival) is installed at the entrance of the apartment, which allows you to arrive late, or to leave early in the morning independently. This is also convenient to go to the beach without being afraid of losing the keys in the sand! - Upon prior request, we can provide you with a travel cot free of charge. - The accommodation does not have sea views. It overlooks a small inner courtyard. It is located on the ground floor. - I love animals, so I accept dogs as long as they don't disturb the neighborhood by barking in an untimely manner and they don't destroy the furniture in the apartment. A large part of the beach is allowed for dogs, which will allow your little companions to let off steam on the sand! -The accommodation is in a courtyard shared with other accommodation, so there is some overcrowding and a view.
