Guest studio apartment pool, horses and More

Enjoy our Private adorable Studio apartment as you spend time in the Sierra Nevada Foothills. Our apartment is clean and comfortable and can accommodate up to two adults and 1-3 children (mats). Our home sits on 8 acres which are fully fenced/gated. We offer the pool and mini golf during the summer April-Sept only. We also have horses and ponies that are Available for private lessons and riding. There are many activities close by including hiking, skiing, golfing, gambling and wine tasting. The space The studio is comfortable and cozy. We offer a queen size bed and additional mats for kids. The studio has its own parking and you will have access to a clicker to enter and leave as you wish. WI-FI is slow. Please if working remotely reach out prior to booking as I have a hotspot available. Guest access The studio apartment and pool in the summer months. The horses are available to visit with permission. Other things to note Wi-Fi is available but it is slow. If working remotely please message me and We can discuss possible use of our mobile hotspot
