It is a completely private self contained unit. large spa like shower, Comfy Queen bed. Hi Speed WiFi. Large Sony TV w AppleTV. I provide coffee and teas, water, some snacks and treats. There is an air conditioning window unit and ceiling fans. Blow Dryer and complimentary soaps, lotions and shampoos are provided as well. Bose Bluetooth speaker to enjoy music. Nice cozy private patio over looking our zen garden. Parking is on street, you will find a space right in front of property with no time limitations. No Parties gatherings etc allowed. Penalties will apply. 2 people Max at all times. This is a beach town so there can at certain times be traffic on the street in front of the unit however we have double paned windows and provide ear plugs for any sensitive guests. Fireplace access is limited to winter months/cold spells only. If you would like access outside those times it can be arranged for a small extra fee just reach out. AC access is limited to summer months or warm spells. We are located in a quiet, residential area of North Pacific Beach 1 Mile from La Jolla with easy access to all of San Diego’s hot spots. Only 7 miles from San Diego Airport. --12 blocks to the beach and beautiful Law Street Park, where many people exercise and do yoga. There is also a great boardwalk along the beach and bay that is perfect for walking, jogging, and riding bikes. --6 blocks to Garnet Avenue, which makes up the heart of Pacific Beach, where you can find great shopping, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, Trader Joe’s, a 24 hour fitness, yoga studios, frozen yogurt, and much more --3 blocks to Kate Sessions park where you can picnic and watch the Sea World Fireworks!~ --1 mile to Fanuel park and the bayside boardwalk. The Catamaran Hotel is located nearby, which rents sailboats and standup paddleboards --Less than 5 miles to La Jolla, which has more upscale shops and restaurants, as well as beautiful beaches --Less than 10 miles to Downtown San Diego and the Gaslamp Quarter, which provide fun night life --10 miles to the San Diego Zoo and beautiful Balboa Park --Less than 4 miles to SeaWorld --9 miles to downtown Amtrak station --6 blocks to the nearest bus stop Alternatively, you can use great reliable services like Lyft and Uber.
