Nestled in the heart of Cotonou in a secure building, it is fully air-conditioned and fully equipped. All amenities are nearby. The apartment has several advantages: bright rooms, refined decor, king size bed, balcony, functional kitchen. The house is 3 km from the Ciné Concorde crossroads, an extension of the new asphalt street. It is an atypical, poetic and bucolic setting. In this accommodation you have free internet. Of course, we are in Benin and the quality of broadband is not the same as in Europe, but it is nevertheless excellent enough to work peacefully and smoothly. There is a garage for about three cars. The living room, air-conditioned (two horses), is furnished with a large sofa (six seats) and a coffee table. Guests can enjoy the smart TV with free internet access. The separate kitchen from the living room is equipped with utensils necessary to prepare your meals. You have: a four-burner stove; microwave; water heater; Mouliness, etc. NB: Electricity costs are the responsibility of the customer (depending on your consumption) this is recharged by code in the electricity meter provided for this purpose. In addition, electricity consumption varies from one person to another depending on the use made of the various equipment. Guest access The entire apartment is accessible for guests. Other things to note 1. - Electricity costs are the responsibility of the customer. The apartment has an electric meter that works with prepaid recharge codes. It's quite simple. You have to buy top-up codes and purchase is made by mobile payment from GSM operators (I could help you buy the top-up codes). Once the recharge code is obtained, it is inserted into the electric meter and the meter is recharged with the number of kWh purchased. For example, a 5000f recharge (about 8 euros) corresponds to 32kwh and 32kws can last on average 3 days, provided of course that the air conditioners are used in moderation. 2. - I offer a shuttle service from the airport to the apartment for the arrival and departure of guests 3.- I also offer a mini shopping service to do before your arrival (Variable rates depending on the shopping)
