All within minutes from the house. 4 cars only allowed, no street parking. 2 in garage, 2 in driveway not blocking sidewalk. Strict CC&R rules The space House is equipped with all the basic staples. Large 4 bedroom house. All bedrooms have queen bed as well as a single floor mattress. Double car garage is available for your stay. There is a sink in garage for your convenience. Gas fireplace, granite counters, large back yard, washer/dryer with everything to do your laundry. Wifi info is posted on wall near front door. Guest access Entire home as well as the garage. Other things to note Additional 10% TOT tax & 2% Tourism tax is added to your booking (Total 12%) There are strict CC&R's at this location. Only 4 cars are allowed with no street parking. 2 cars can be parked in garage and 2 can be parked in driveway not blocking the sidewalk. No commercial vehicles allowed. No parties of any kind and NO SMOKING in or on premises allowed. You will be charged $500 is there is smoking of any kind. NO HOSTING, NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS OR VISITORS ALLOWED OTHER THAN THOSE IN THE GROUP BOOKED FOR. Cameras are installed on outside of the house.
