Description

This property is set in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park and is perfect for a couple or small family to enjoy the peaceful village and beautiful walks near by. The property is a 1860s grade 2 listed build full of character and charm, enjoying stunning views looking up the valley. We have sympathetically restored the property with its sash window and flag stone flooring, however it still includes all the mod cons to ensure a delightfully chilled holiday. The space The property comprises of a small hall with a door to the left leading into the living room. Including the original flag stone flooring, 2 sofas and a dining table seated for 4. The kitchen leads on from the living with all the required utilities, including dishwasher, fridge, cooker, microwave, kettle, etc for an easy stay. The back door leads to slate steps up into the private garden, where you can enjoy a very peaceful “paned” looking down the beautiful valley. Upstairs is comprised with 2 fully refurbished bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds. The bathroom is also located upstairs, comprising of a toilet, sink and a very large spacious shower. As the property is the end of terrace there is private parking situated to the left of the property, plenty of off street parking for up to 2 cars. Guest access The house is situated on a very quiet street, it hasn’t change an awful lot over the 150 years. The property is an end of terrace so has private parking for up to 2 cars to the left of the property. Other things to note As the property is over 150 years old and mostly built of slate, please note the stair case in the property is quite steep, so please be careful. Also the flooring and the steps to the outside of the property are made of slate, so please again be careful when enjoying the outside as they can become very slippery when wet. The area with all the fabulous local walks really does suit our beloved furry friends, therefore we are more than happy for 1 (or 2 at a request) well behaved dogs to accompany you at the house. There is a fully enclosed garden, ideal for your pooches. The house has been very recently renovated so has a brand new gas central heating system for your comfort, controlled by you with a thermostat on the wall. Unfortunately the property doesn’t have a charging point for electric cars. The nearest charging point is 2.8 miles away at Tal Y Llyn or in Bryncrug, 5.8 miles away. We have a smart TV, which is connected to the internet, Netflix and Amazon prime are available to watch on the TV, however you will need to login to your own accounts to watch this. There is a camera over looking the car parking area for security reasons.
