Single Rooms – Ground Floor and Upper Floor Comfortable room with external window, a single bed (bicama), a closet with hangers and shelves, a table for study/work with chair, fan and minibar, being a well-furnished and complete structure for your convenience. Large Living Room with Wi-Fi Room with 1 (one) 53-inch TV and cable TV signal Room with 4 (four) workstations and/or study with chairs and Wi-Fi. Large kitchen with 3 refrigerators (with a shelf for each room), 2 gas stoves, water filter (water purifier), microwave, blender, sandwich maker, 2 dining counters with several chairs, 1 large sink with 2 tubs/faucets, several pots, several dishes with cutlery, trash can, cabinets, plus all the utensils for your comfort. Laundry with sink and faucet, 2 (two) washing machines (large type), 8 (eight) ceiling clotheslines, 1 ironing board, 1 iron and 1 broom kit with dustpan, for collective use of individual cleaning by each guest in their own room, if necessary. In the laundry room, we have an automation system for the washing machines, where the keychain (TAGs) for entering and exiting our structure at the street gates are also programmed to activate the machines in the predetermined period for washing clothes. Mini outdoor space and smoking area Outdoor space, but within our perimeter with benches and chairs to read a book, have a drink or smoke a cigarette.
