It has Queen bed and dining table and fully equipped kitchen to make you feel like home! - If a Playpen Baby Crib is needed, please request it in advance - Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and basic kitchen needs. - WiFi & Smart TV with Netflix - Full bathroom fully equipped with everything you need - In-suite washer, dryer available for use Guest access You are staying at our home and we just few minutes or one phone calls away. We respect your privacy and we won't be disturbing you during the stay. However, feel free to give us a shout for anything. IMPORTANT: Even you have the freedom to stay at our place, a kind reminder that since the unit is a multi-residential units, so it is managed by Condo Management whom will do routine check and maintenance at any point during your stay. You MUST allow us as your host or the condo maintenance to access the unit to perform any necessary repair/maintenance or emergency call during your stay. Eg: AC Maintenance, Fire Alarm related issue, smoke, plumbing or any leaks, etc. Other things to note Respect the building and its property. Absolutely no parties or additional guests allowed to stay. Please do your best to treat the house with the same respect and care as you would do your own. Please be respectful to other residents of the building. No-noise policy needs to be followed at all times. Keep noise in the unit, balcony and hallways to a minimum. Any noise complaints will be strictly handled and will result in immediate eviction and cancelation of your booking. Again, STRICTLY NO PARTYING, NO PETS & NO SMOKING inside the unit! You will be charged a penalty and you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund! Please be aware that some amenities are part of Condo Management, such as Air Conditioning/Water/Elevators and we have no control over it. During certain time and situation, they may have to shut if off for emergency/maintenance purpose. Apologies if this may caused inconvenience during your stay, however we will not able to offer reimbursement for these issues. And kindly understand that it is part of living in society.
