Serene 2-Bedroom Cottage Steps to Private Beach

Welcome to our beach cottage in paradise! Our condo is located at beautiful Miramar Beach, minutes from Destin, in a gated community that features quaint cottages in bi-level buildings. It offers serenity and peacefulness that you won't find in high-rise condos. A private beach is a short 5-min walk/1-min drive inside the gated neighborhood, with no crossing of busy streets. Miramar Beach, in my humble opinion, has the absolute best beaches in the country, emerald waters and sugar white sands! The space The cottage-style condo features 2 bedrooms – 1 master with a king bed, 1 loft bedroom above a spiral staircase with 2 twin beds that can be easily combined into a king, plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. It comfortably sleeps 6 - perfect for families or a spacious option for couples! It has 2 bathrooms, a screened-in porch (no bugs) with outdoor seating, a well-stocked kitchen, 6-seat dining table and 5-seat bar/counter. There’s a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience, perfect if you’re staying a while. There’s also a coffee maker, toaster oven and all the kitchen essentials you’d need to cook meals. Smart TV, Cable and WiFi included in the unit. Beach service is available seasonally (Mar – Nov) for a fee, weekly rates available. Guests pay White Diamond Beach Service directly. Owners are not allowed to pre-pay for the service. This is a non-smoking home, and a pet-free home (condo association does not allow pets for short-term rental stays). Kindly note that our bathrooms have standing showers only, we do not have a tub. We are thrilled to share our beach home with you. We hope you’ll love Hidden Dunes as much as we do and build lasting memories here! Guest access You will have access to a private beach that is only accessible by owners and guests of Hidden Dunes. It is never crowded like the small beach frontage that's shared amongst all tenants in the same high-rise building. One of the 2 gulf-facing buildings at Hidden Dunes does not allow vacation rentals, so occupancy rate is kept low, resulting in a lovely non-crowded beach. In addition to a private beach, Hidden Dunes also offers 2 pools (including 1 that’s seasonally heated), grilling stations, picnic areas, lush nature trails, children's playground, basketball courts, and 6 championship-level tennis courts + pickleball courts (fee and booking required). Other things to note Professional cleaning and laundering of all bedding & linens after each guest stay, amenities restocked. We don’t use the lowest-cost cleaning service in town because we take cleanliness of our property very seriously. If you find anything that is not satisfactory, please do message me right away.
