The apartment is only a short walk away from Wallingford town centre yet the village offers its own rural charm. The newly refurbished The Bell pub, offers a great selection of ales, wines and food and is within walking distance. IMPORTANT: ******* Check in, from 2 pm. Please do not arrive any earlier without first consulting us AirBnB will implement a hefty service fee for all hosts from 25 April, hence the price jump. We have not increased our rates in 4 years but will now have to sadly. The space Guests have the entire apartment to themselves: bedroom, living room/kitchen/diner and bathroom. They are also welcome to use the washing machine, drier, clothes horse, iron and board in the adjacent utility room. Shower wash is not provided as we all have different needs. Guest access Off-road parking directly outside, utility room and use of washing machine and drier, kitchenette/living room/diner, bathroom and bedroom. Sadly no garden. Other things to note 2 electric fans plus supplied during hot weather. BREAKFAST: we no longer provide this due to the ever increasing living costs. Instead, we have not raised our rates in 3 years. Tea, coffee and sugar are provided.
