Spacious Casa offers a comfortable stay close to the beach and local amenities. Two well-equipped rooms for up to 10 guests, with 3 extra mattresses available at no additional cost. Large room, full kitchen, bathroom and laundry area. Includes household utensils, barbecue, bedding, fans and free WiFi. Located 850 meters from the beach, about a 7-minute walk. Next to the Caiobá bus station and 350 m from the Bavaresco supermarket for convenient shopping. The space Location and Proximity: Excellent location, just 850 meters from the beach (about a 7-minute walk) and on the corner of the Caiobá, PR bus station, providing easy access to public transportation. House Facilities: A total area of 75 square meters, consisting of two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Equipada with household utensils, microwave, blender, barbecue, Includes bedding, fans, Wi-Fi and balcony with network. Cleaning Fee: There is no cleaning fee. We only ask that guests leave the space organized for easy later cleaning. We are constantly working to improve our facilities, both internally and externally. Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances, including stove, fridge, microwave and kitchen appliances. Rooms: All rooms are accessible to guests, with comfortable beds, bedding and storage space. Bathrooms: Clean and well-equipped bathrooms (towels and hygiene products not included). External Area: Balcony: Perfect for relaxing, with chairs, table and a hammock. The balcony also gives access to the staircase that leaves the house. BBQ: Outdoor space with barbecue, table and outdoor dining chairs, with a beautiful view of the mountains. Other things to note Below are some important information for a comfortable stay: House Rules: No smoking within the premises. We kindly ask you to use the designated smoking areas. Keep the house clean and throw the garbage. Help us maintain a pleasant environment for everyone. Leave everything in order. We thank you if you can leave the space the same way you found it. Please close windows when leaving. Please be sure to close the windows when going out for your safety and comfort Avoid noise after 10 pm.
