The space Based within a Victorian Residence, the apartment is adorned with grand features such as chandeliers, marble fireplaces, ornate antiques and luxurious furniture. The living room has lots of comfortable seating and is complete with a velvet chaise lounge in the window, the perfect place to read a book and relax after a day of exploring the Bay. There are two smart TVs, one in the living room and one in the garden room (own logins needed for streaming apps). The open plan kitchen and dining area includes a breakfast bar, 6 seater dining room table and is equipped with a large range cooker, butler sink, dishwasher and coffee machine as well as everything you will need to cook your meals. The property has two spacious bedrooms, one with a super-kingsize bed, and one with a double bed. Both rooms have plenty of storage with large wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The garden room acts as a second living room with a sofa area and television. From here you will find the utility area with a washing machine and heated drying rack. As seen in the pictures you get full access to the patio area complete with an undercover day bed and outdoor furniture. Being on the ground floor, the apartment is accessible for those with low mobility. All doorways barring the bathrooms are large enough to get a wheelchair through. Ramps are provided on-site to navigate the doorways into the property and garden or where there is any small elevation. Please see our accessibility features for photographs and demonstrations. Although the doorway for the en-suite bathroom is not large enough for a wheelchair, it has handholds throughout and has been designed with mobility in mind. There is an accessible, flush fitting shower tray with a dual height shower for seated showering and a stool for a sitting shower is also available. Finally, a wheelchair over table is also available on site. Guest access Guests will have private use of the entire apartment and associated gardens to the South of the property. The house is set within quiet grounds with tenanted apartments on site.
