The driveway down to the Cottage is very steep and when it is wet (and it often is) can be very difficult for two wheel drive vehicles to get back up. We recommend adding to the adventure and renting a boat, bring an all wheel drive vehicle, or parking at the top of the driveway and plan on hiking down the 50 yards.
