Cozy Brombærhus in Tranderup on Ärø

It’s a lovely house and area where I live with my daughter. The house is well insulated and heated by heat pumps. The 1st floor, about 70 m2 is the guest area. The 3 bedrooms are bright and spacious and have good double beds - NOTE: in one of the rooms the double bed is a FUTON bed ! The little livingroom is the cozy gathering place. There is not a dining table, but a sofa and a coffee table. There is not a real kitchen but you can make tea & coffee, toast bread or heat food in the microwave. The space My house is 190 m2 and rooms for my guest are on first floor unless you have rented the whole house. On first floor you will find 3 bedrooms. One with a 180 x 200 cm bed, one with a 160 x 200 cm bed and "my dauthers room" with 80 x 190 cm bed + a huge FUTON mattress. Outside the bedrooms there is a cosy shared space with a sofa, a coffee table and a fridge + a spacious bathroom with toilet and shower. All rooms have nice views (well, the room with the 180 x 200 cm bed not so much since the garage-building is opposit but we just woke up and saw the fullmoon from that window ! Guests are welcome to use the garden. Mind that I don’t do gardening work. We are 5 km from Ærøskøbing. Busstop is 150 m away. Guest are very welcome here as long as you don't expect perfection. Our guests always have our first floor to themselves no matter how many or how few you are. Guest access Our guests have all of the first floor to themself, about 70 m2. 3 bedrooms, 1 livingroom and a bathroom. We use the door at the side of the house and our guests have the main entrance to the house. Guests are welcome to use the entrance hall for shoes and hanging jackets. We are passing through that entrance hall when going to our bathroom. Stairs leads to the first floor from the entrance hall. Our guests also have acces to the huge “wild” garden but not to the terasse near our windows. Guest have an outside dining area near the green house. Guests who doesn't like to meet us should probably not book this place. We keep to ourselves unless you are as talkative as we are :-) We are friendly and helpful and we don't make noise at night/ early morning and we will tolerate noise as long as you are not partying. Other things to note Our guests can park infront of the garage. We have two cats. The cats will not have acces to the guest area. Guests are not allowed to bring pets.
