Highlands is nestled in the Smoky Mountains, one of the most diverse temperate rainforests in the world. The rich hardwood and evergreen canopies shelter a large population of migrating and resident birds, numerous mammals, and hundreds of rare plant and insect species. Highlands Main Street is full of quaint independently owned shops with friendly folks ready to greet you! Come for a stay, i am certain you will return! Your vehicle is perfect! Lots of folks have 4WD for winter snow. I am in Town. If guest are wanting to use the sofa bed, there are pillows and a comforter in the closet of the master bedroom. Extra sheets are in the top drawer of the dining room built-in and comfy couch throws are in the second drawer. The towels for the hall bathroom are hanging and extras are under the sink.
