Apartment with elevator in the heart of Laranjeiras, south of Rio. The building is on Rua das Laranjeiras next to Rua Alice. Safe place in a very busy area day and night where you will find restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The studio overlooks the Tijuca Forest and is on a high floor, so it's very quiet even though it's part of a busy area of ​​the city. At night you will hear the crickets in the forest and see the city lit up. In the morning it is possible to observe some birds. The space The apartment is private and newly renovated, everything works perfectly. It is very cozy, perfect for a couple or for someone traveling alone. I tried to pay attention to the lighting and equipped the kitchen well, everything done with a lot of love. The building has two blocks and many residents. It is a curious building and, in my opinion, very Brazilian. Inside there is a chapel of Our Lady Aparecida, a convenience store, and a gym (for an additional cost). It is not a luxurious building, but the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the location is excellent, and the elevators are modern. In the bathroom, there is a good electric shower with hot water. The bed is double. From the hammock, you can contemplate the view of the forest, and to the right, you can see Sugar Loaf. I also love to enjoy the forest on rainy days and see the full moon rising from the window. It's beautiful. If you sleep with the curtains open, you will also be surprised by the rising sun in front of the window. We have a small wardrobe, a 32-inch TV with Netflix and open TV channels. Guest access We have 2 entrance gates with 24-hour security guards, and it is an extremely safe place, with facial recognition technology through entry cameras for all people who access it. It is worth noting that from the main entrance (on Rua das Laranjeiras) to the elevator, there is a small distance of approximately 100 meters and a ramp with a slight incline. Next to the building, there is a private parking lot (I can provide the link if you want to know the prices). Near the building, there are bus stops with various lines to several points in the city. The Largo do Machado subway station is the closest and is a 15-minute walk away.
