Large peaceful porch area. Guest access Parking limited to 3 boat trailers and 4 vehicles maximum. Can Park in carport, in front of carport and back a boat trailer close to side of carport. Please do not block gate to neighbor on left's access. There is additional parking for boat trailers across the street. Note that it is best to back boat trailers from the tee in the road as there is limited room to turn around. Please do not park in the neighbor's driveway or yard and do not drive past the front of the carport. Please do not violate these instructions and signage. Excessive vehicles blocking neighbor's drives may be cause for cancellation of entire reservation with appropriate refund. You are responsible for all of your party and/ or guests Other things to note Side note: Folks please, I am trying to keep the place pet friendly and charge only an additional cleaning fee rather than a deposit, and yes, we know. Non pet owners are kind of like nonsmokers. I've had 2 renters now try and sneak pets in ignoring the 50.00 pet fee and did indeed have additional cleaning required. I do not take pleasure in recovering that fee after the fact. Please be honest if you intend to bring pets (dogs only, I do not allow cats)
