Located directly on the shores of beautiful Lake Champlain, this charming (Non-Smoking) summer cabin offers exceptional lake access and mountain views. Situated near Mooney Bay Marina with a private beach, this quiet, off the main road location with its beautiful sunrises will keep you coming back year after year. This furnished camp sleeps 6 comfortably. Private beach, hiking trails, marina, and cafe are all within walking distance. There is dock space for your boat/jetski. Anglers welcome! The space The cabin features 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, a kitchen and a large living room. The master bedroom has one queen size bed. The guest bedroom features 2 doubles and 1 single beds. Recent renovations have been made to the kitchen and bathroom. Tap water is filtered lake water that is suitable for cleaning and bathing. Drinking/cooking water is supplied with the cabin. Guest access This fully-furnished camp sleeps 5-7 comfortably. Public beach, hiking trails, marina, and cafe are all within walking distance. Carpenter's Camp is a smoke free cabin that is only minutes North of the City of Plattsburgh and less than one mile from the state boat launch and Point Au Roche State Park. Lake Placid, Montreal, Burlington, Vt. and the Adirondack Mountains are within one hour driving distance. Lake Champlain is considered one of the finest bass fishing lakes in America making this lakeside location a fisherman's dream. Cabin is located in Clinton County and is very close to Plattsburgh, Chazy, Point Au Roche, Valcour and Champlain on the NY side of Lake Champlain. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND; DURING THE MONTHS OF JULY AND AUGUST WE DO REQUIRE A 1 WEEK MINIMUM STAY. Be sure to bring your own streaming device if watching TV is a priority.
