Views overlooking the American River Canyon and adjacent to the ASRP. Remodeled home you can enjoy a private bedroom with a private bathroom across the hall from your bedroom. Lovely pool to cool off in the summer and back deck to enjoy the sunset views. Relax and enjoy the entire kitchen and living area with or without your host. Host has a completely separate entrance to a private master suite and small kitchen and can be there to assist in your stay or leave you to yourselves. The space Guests will have use of the entire home except the master suite. Your host will occupy this space. It is your option to interact with your host or have the place to yourself. In the summer months the pool will be shared with your host. Just let us know your wishes. Guest access Guests will enter from the front door and be greeted by the host. During your stay It is your option to interact or not just let us know your wishes. Other things to note This is a special place. The views are incredible. The canyon trails are walking distance away and easily accessible.
