The private area (1 en-suite and 1 semi-en-suite, both with box beds, split air and black-out) are reserved and isolated from the social area by a door/partition, providing more comfort and privacy. If you prefer, enjoy the conversation and the breeze in the courtyard of the Condominium Pool, respecting the rules of coexistence, the space of other residents and the Law of Disturbance of Peace. Laundry (Pay-per-use) in the condominium itself - R$10 for each 1.5-hour wash cycle (payment and direct access release at the entrance).
