Description
The Old Pump House is a charming converted detached Victorian Coastguard's Pump House. This is a cosy property with all doors are wide enough for a wheelchair. It is in the garden of one of the old coastguard houses on the east side of Sidmouth. The town centre and esplanade are just a few minutes' walk down the coastal path. The space Enter into the bed-sitting room which is tastefully furnished with pleasant colour schemes and has a full-size double bed, wardrobe and two armchairs. The wood burner giving a cosy feel. Off the bedroom is a fully tiled wet room with W.C. There is a shower drain in the floor and therefore no lip or step to the shower. There are handles in the wall to help. A door from the bed-sitting room leads to a small fitted kitchen which leads through to a small conservatory with blinds and dining area. There is a secluded lawn area with outdoor seating for 2. There is parking for one car next to the property on the paved area. Please note there is no electric car charging permitted.
