Flat layout and facilities: The flat has one large open plan living, dining and kitchen. It is a bright space and looks out onto the patio area which is out of direct view of the main road. The Lounge has a large corner sofa and television with good speaker system. The dining area seats 4-6 and can be extended to seat 6-8. High speed Wi-Fi available throughout the property. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge/ freezer, oven, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. there is ample cooking equipment (blenders, pasta machine, portable grill), serving dishes and dining ware available for guests. The boiler is less than 12 months old and has a manual thermostat for you to adjust to your liking. Basic cleaning supplies and cooking essentials will be left for guests. The master bedroom is at the back of the flat. It has a comfortable super king bed, two large sliding wardrobes and chest of drawers. There is also a desk space with an office chair. The bedroom has a modern en-suite which has a bespoke wooden counter top, toilet and enclosed shower. The second bedroom is at the front of the property. It has a comfortable king bed. There is also a dressing table/ second desk area and two large sliding wardrobe available for guests. Large family bathroom with power shower over bath. Within the hall there is a large bookcase with a selection of books and games which guests are welcome to borrow during their stay.
