Are not souvenirs lol it so you have a choice, of the kind you like . I don’t want to limit what I put out, The kitchen is a full functioning kitchen. We have stocked the kitchen with all your needs. We have two types of coffee makers . We have a keurig with a variety of flavors to please any coffee lovers tastes and for those of you who just want coffee The kitchen also has a full size microwave, popcorn maker and popcorn is provided. Dining area has a table that seats four with a bar area to eat at. There is a dishwasher, full set of pots and pans, silverware and dishes. We have also provided some paper products for your convenience. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer that you are welcome to use. I have provided gain washing soap you are welcome to use this or provide your own. The living area has a 40 inch Television where you can access local channels or play the many DVDs that we have provided for your enjoyment. Sorry no wifi. The sofa folds out to a queen sleeper with a quality mattress. The chair folds out to a single as well as two cots to provide more sleeping area if needed. The coffee table folds up to become a table for eating, board games or computer play or work. Artificial fire place in corner to provide a soothing light show and in winter added heat if needed. Home has central heat and air. Master bedroom has a king size bed with a large bathroom with a large deep tub and shower. For the comfort of our guests we use 1800 count sheets. All bathrooms are provided with many towels .. ps don’t take towels to the river and extra sheet sets if needed. Toilet paper also provided along with shampoo and soap. The frig is full of most of the misc thing you may need,too help save you money on the little things Second bedroom provided with a full. It also has a large bathroom with a deep tub and a walk in shower area. Door can be shut to provide separate restroom use of toilet area for other guests.the sofa bed will sleep two , there a white chair pull out , and 2 -cots ,and a air mattress Outside there is many seating areas created for your relaxation. There is two picnic areas . The picnic area in the back of the house has a fire pit with a seating area. Wood provided. There is a full barbecue grill that you can grill on with gas and charcoal. You will have a initial set up of gas and charcoal that is provided. It also has cover over grill to provide shade. The shed is stocked with tubes, boats and life rafts for your children if needed. , there is a lot of yard games for adults and the kids toys , baby dish’s , please register all guests !!! For Example 4 adults 3 children 1 infant , so a total of 7 the infant don’t count ,,, it’s only a few dollars more for the extra people, help cover the extra food, ,linens , I have to do , I try to Make it up with all the extra things I have for you, that most don’t, any questions please just ask , my goal is you love it here , had a great time and will be back, I do allow you to bring your pet , be pets on the beds , I’m a pet lover too and understand they are family, I provide pet dish’s snacks and poo bags , you are ask too keep things clean, there is a one time charge of $ 25.00 it covers flea treatment and and carpet cleaning , if you need to come in early it’s ok with me if no one is booked the night before, I will need time too clean , your back yard is up against the main farm there is 40 ac here you will see deer , I have about 200 goats and sheep ,2 mini donkeys that you will see walking through the woods , on and off all day , if you have children most time I have baby’s sheep or goats , if I do when your here ,I would be happy too run one over for the kids to see , please with all the extra cleaning we have to do , to try to be safe ,, please try to leave the home as close to how you got it.. large groups if you could start a load of towels pick up , use quick wash it’s 45 minutes on it , ,, I have not charge a extra cleaning when there’s 6-10 people but it’s very hard to wash all the blankets bed spread towels sheets, in the few hours I have ,, we wash everything,, we do not put dirty bedding back on so it takes a long time,,what would be a big help, if you are not coming in at 2 let me know, about what time it gives me more time to clean, or if you want to drop off anything get the tubes and go to the river, that’s ok too. You have full access to everything in the home. I love to interact with anyone , I will gladly share my knowledge of all that's in the area to do. I will do everything in my power to provide you with a wonderful experience I also will respect your space and will only provide if asked to do so. My goal is to provide five star service. The home is located in the country. It is located on a paved road. This area is made up of family residencies and farms. It is quaint and quiet. There are wild deer that come out at dark to feed. Ive lived here 25 years and have so enjoyed the woods and nature as well as the near by springs that this area has to offer. We are only 25 minutes to the Florida gator games. The area is rich with springs and state parks. All are with in short driving distances. The area of Fort White offers something for everyone.
