One bed private room, this cozy stay is ready for you! The house is located in a newer subdivision in a safe neighborhood. Minutes away from shopping and restaurants and close to historic downtown Rock Springs. Enjoy blazing fast wifi and stream shows with the Roku TV. Guests will have a bathroom next to the room fully stocked. Guests are allowed to use the microwave/refrigerator in the kitchen. If other room is booked, common areas may be shared with another guest. Off-street parking available. You’ll be staying downstairs in the basement where all the rooms are. There is your bedroom, the bathroom, the laundry room and two other bedrooms, one of which is mine. I am not around much so the house will often feel like it’s all yours! This space is great for those looking for a private room to crash for the night or a long term stay. If kitchen use is needed for a long term stay, please message to arrange accordingly. Pricing for long term can also be negotiated. Rock Springs is pretty small so there are plenty of stores and restaurants just a few minutes away from the property. I also live right next to the desert so feel free to go explore the hills that we live right next to. There’s also a park nearby with Pickleball courts — my personal favorite! Please keep the room and bathroom clean when you leave. Guests are welcome to their room, the bathroom, kitchen and laundry room. There is only one entry to the home through the front door so interaction with ourselves may be common. I do come and go but I’m always up for a conversation or a quick hello.
