The space SeaCrete is a 320 m2, 3 bedroom villa with a nice infinity pool an open plan kitchen a dining space around a covered terrace with sliding doors that give a unique “inside out” experience. The land slopes down to the sea and there is a staircase into the bay There is a 50 m2 sports and television room in the basement (crosstrainer and tabletennis table) The 4000 m2 plot is seafront with a staircase into the stony turquoise quiet bay The views are amazing,from the house you see the sea lapping the rocks and the isles of Paximadia. There is a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and there are two bedrooms that share a bathroom.The beds in two bedroomms are 180*200 and on the third bedroom are two single beds that can work as a double bed and linens are of the best quality of cotton.COCO-MAT mattresses and linen.The masterbedroom’s bathroom has a walking shower and two sinks.The other bathroom has also a walking shower and a big sink. The WC next to the Hammam has a walking shower and a toilet.
