Cozy 1 bedroom mother-in-law basement apartment

Enjoy a stylish & cozy stay at this centrally located rental. A great midpoint between SLC and Ogden ski & hiking areas. Safe neighborhood with a private entrance. 15 min from the airport & downtown SLC. We have young kids, so expect some daytime noise, stomps & play. They settle by 9 PM. The space This is a private, newly renovated, separate entrance basement apartment in our home. Queen sized bed, front room and full bath. We designed the space to be welcoming, cozy and peaceful. Please be aware that you may hear the pitter-patter of tiny feet and other occasional noises from our kids. Guest access Guests may park on the north side of the home and enter through the side gate by the vegetable garden (feel free to pick some tomatoes and raspberries on your way in!). As you enter the back yard through the gate, turn right and you’ll see the stairs heading down to the mother-in-law apartment. Guests may message us with any questions. Other things to note A Pack ’n Play is available in the closet for guests with children. We have little ones in the home and kindly ask for quiet hours after 9 PM. Please be aware that you may hear the pitter-patter of tiny feet and other occasional noises from our kids.
