It is located at Amisa Private Residences, Punta Engano, Lapu Lapu, Cebu, beside Dusit Thani Hotel. We made sure that this haven will make your getaway a memorable one by providing you the amenities you need to make your vacation special. Resort access via day or night use pass, Amisa adult swimming pool for you to enjoy, & a well equipped gym for workout enthusiasts. The space This spacious modern tropical themed home was designed with you in mind. We are located near the tip of Punta Engano, Amisa Private Residences, just a 3- 5 minutes walk away from a 5 star Dusit Thani Mactan Resort. You can enjoy a stunning sunset view from the roof deck, Free beach resort access, access to the hotel's cafe, bar and resto. Our place has an adult and kiddie pools for swimming enthusiasts, a gym and a wide green area for picnic and strolling. Easy access to a 5 star hotel amenities (Dusit Thani) nearby like the swimming pool, play rooms, hotel bars and resto for a fee. Enjoy a splendid sunset view while eating your favorite dishes and sipping your favorite coffee or wine. You may opt to access the hotel' s facilities by availing day use for 1800 pesos (Mon-Fri) with 1500 food/drinks credits & 2200-2500 pesos (Sat & Sun) with lunch buffet. This studio is around 41 sqm comes with a wide balcony and on the second floor of the building. One of the biggest studio size here in Cebu with free parking. LOCATION We are located around 8 minutes away from Mactan Center, but near the 5 star resorts like Dusit Thani Mactan & Sheraton Mactan resort. There are few supermarkets and restaurants about 10-15min away (Mactan Newtown) for grocery shopping and dining. Promenade Arcade for cafes, bar and resto(Italian) around 8 min drive, just near Shangrila hotel. Nearest 7/11 convenience store 6 minutes drive, nearest laundrymat 3 min away. Feel free to buy necessary groceries beforehand to avoid inconvenience. This unit is for vacation getaway, to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and able to relax and enjoy a stress free weekend. A little far from everything but just 3-5min walk from the beach with a stunning sunset view. Nearest restaurant, Cafe and bar at Dusit Thani Resort just 3min walk from the unit. Enjoy access to different restaurants (Thai, Korean, American & Filipino). Lounge at bar and enjoy sunset daily. Free parking at designated area. Adult pool is open until 9pm. Main gym, kiddie and clubhouse under renovation at the moment (typhoon damage). Temporary gym is provided only if available. Please ask ahead of time. Resort has gym with panoramic view with a fee... Access to resort amennities (DAY/NIGHT use pass) Free resort access to lounge and dine purposes. You will be receiving a door code on the morning of your travel. Authorization will be secured ahead of time and given to the on duty security personels for your easy check in. You may need to log in your names at the entrance lobby for security protection purposes. Unit is at the second floor of the building. Only listed guests in the VRF form or authorization form will have access to the unit and amenities, unless prior permission requested. Other things to note READ HOUSE RULES BEFORE BOOKING For long stays, cleaning and refresh of linens are required every 10h day or less to maintain the unit, and to do maintenance check for a hassle free stay. * Host will secure authorization letter from the property management for security reasons prior your stay, so please furnish me a copy of IDs of guests staying. So check in during your arrival will be smooth sailing. * Our studio is fully equipped with induction cooker, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, rice cooker, coffee pods machine, refrigerator with freezer, dishware, glassware and utensils and necessary spices needed. Coffee pods if available are provided for guests (starter pack only). We provide a welcome basket. Coffee powder, tea sugar & creamer for your daily use. Bathroom have shampoos, conditioner, body wash, face & bath towels. We got Hair dryer, flat/steam iron and board, kindly return to proper place after use. Internet WIFI connection at 100 mbps with LAN cord and a back up openline modem if needed. For long term stays with discounts, we will be providing starter packs for you to use. We can refresh the unit at an additional cost (at least 1-2days notice) * Only listed guests in the VRF form or authorization form will have access to the unit and amenities. * Late check out fee is 250 pesos per hour. Only allowed if no incoming guests. Please let us know in advance. * Strictly NO SMOKING inside the studio, smoking only at balcony/patio if needed just be discreet. * No parties allowed. Avoid shouting and making loud noises that cause disturbance to other unit owners. * Avoid hanging of clothes at balcony railings, designated drying cage at roof deck if needed or use the clothes rack at the balcony. * For long term stays, there is a laundry pick up and delivery located at the lobby desk whenever needed, just ask for the schedule. Unit has no washer/dryer. * Please bring your needed groceries prior your stay. * NO COOKING of any FISH or fish/SEAFOODS products that would leave foul smell inside the studio. * NO heavy cooking allowed inside the studio, heavy smoke may trigger smoke alarm (penalty at 5000php) * Please turn ON range hood set at #3 settings while heating foods to avoid smell inside the unit. Turn ON tge ceiling fan too and turn on all exhausts. * Ventilate the room by opening the balcony door and windows every now and then. * Additional charges/fee will be imposed for additional deep cleaning of the unit due to mis use & bad smell. * Please do not leave food unattended on kitchen counter tops to avoid bugs and ants. * We want the unit to be in good condition for all our guests so kindly take good care as if its your own. * if heavy cooking with oil splatters or heavy smell ( sampyupsal) you may cook it outside (balcony)...bring the induction cooktop and use extension wires inside the wardrobe drawer. Extra folding table and chairs are provided. Or request eat out near the pool area (picnic style). * Amisa Swimming pool is only upto 9:00 pm, beach upto 7am- 6pm (Dusit Thani), there are shower rooms in Dusit thani which you can use and change clothes please bring own towel, soap & shampoo if needed. * New Pool scheduled Cleaning and maintenance is every Monday morning, Pool will be open by 1pm until 9pm on Monday. Kiddie pool currently under renovation, adult pool is open until 9pm. * You may use the gym just make sure to turn off AC, lights or any electric equipments after use. Currently under renovation...temporary gym maybe provided ( only if available)
