Stardance sits above the upper Rio Chama canyons on 30 acres of trails and undisturbed natural terrain. The space Stardance Lodge's Sun Casita is perfect for singles, couples, and families. It has a full tub and shower, kitchen, radiant floor heat, and a kiva fireplace. Guest access The Casita opens to a rocky bluff and meadow with tepees. Trails lead along the bluff to the southern canyon cliff edge with spectacular views. The meadow trail leads down into the canyon and to the river which is part of the property. Across the meadow sit two medicine wheels and trails leading around the upper part of the property to the northern canyon cliff edge with more views. Other things to note Stardance is remote, there is a full kitchen though and across from the Abiquiu post office on your way up hwy 84 is Bodes store which is a very good place to stock up on food needs, and the only one nearby. Plus, there are snacks, fruit, and breakfast items in the room.
