There is NO CABLE TV. Each guest will be responsible to clean his/her own bedroom due to privacy, safety, and/or COVID-19 precautions. There is a housekeeping service provided weekly as needed in the common areas of the bathrooms, kitchen, living room areas. Each guest is expected to clean up after his/herself after using the kitchen amenities and the bathrooms. Parking: The parking on the street in front of the house is free with a parking permit. A parking permit from the City of Houston to park curbside in front of the house is available to loan the guest with a $50 security deposit, and the $50 will be refundable when the guest returns the parking permit when checking out.
