Nestled in a quiet Spring Neighborhood, you'll find my home to be spacious & clean. My well-maintained two-story home is located in a highly desired area of Spring with 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Nearby Business's include Exxon, H.P., St. Lukes Children's among many others including Texas Childrens. Minutes from the Woodlands Mall and plenty of shopping, fast food, parks and attractions in the Houston area make this your home away from home oasis. Here your search is over, look no further. The space You will have a private bedroom w/shared bathroom with 1 additional guest (when booked). Bathroom has dual sinks, storage closet and private shower / waterbowl space from dual sink area. Guest bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor each with walk in closet, ceiling fan for warm nights and a 32" TV with wifi and firestick/ Roku to access tv apps you're subscribed with. My 4600 sqft home offers a Tv Game room, media room and backyard pool and bbq grill to be used at your leisure. Quiet hours are implemented to respect other guest when both rooms are booked. On occasion I host gathering with friends that you are welcome to attend and will be informed of in advance to ensure it doesn't disturb your stay. Guest access Guest will have access to the following areas of the home: First Floor: Kitchen Bathroom Laundry Room Dining nook Backyard & Pool Second Floor: Private Room Shared bathroom Game Room / Loft Media Room During your stay As a host who resides on site, and works from home, I will be available as needed to assist in person and by phone The master suite is located on the first floor apart from residing guest. The Kitchen and laundry room on first floor are accessible to guest and all of the 2nd story common areas. Other things to note Guest are not permitted to bring pets, as I do have a pet of my own. I am a fur mom of a non-aggressive American pit bull. He typically resides in the yard and is brought into the house / garage when the weather is bad or guest want to access the yard. He's is extremely friendly but you are not required in away to be around him if not comfortable.
