Ideal location with peace of mind (no neighbors). 5 min drive (3 km) from the charming and famous town of Chatillon sur Chalaronne where you will find everything (3rd largest market in France, restaurants, bars, children's activities, cultural visits, shops, supermarkets, etc.). Super-equipped villa (secure swimming pool with barrier and heated from May to September, air conditioning, awnings for shade, petanque, ping pong, games...). CLUB VAN DYCK The space Recent 180 m2 single-story villa with green flat roof, located in Dombes (01) between Beaujolais (69) and Bresse (01). This is our primary residence. Extremely quiet and secure location. The villa is located at the end of a large 400-meter cypress driveway, surrounded by meadows occupied by peaceful horses. You can make noise (music, petanque, swimming pool, children, etc.) you will not disturb anyone and vice versa. There are no neighbors. The CLUB VAN DYCK equestrian center (which we own) is a 500-meter walk from the Villa. The house has 4 bedrooms with 4 double beds (3 beds 160 cm and 1 bed 180 cm) which each have their bathroom (shower, sink and storage – one of them also has a bathtub). All bedrooms have extra beds (single or bunk beds) to accommodate up to 14 people (excluding baby cribs). Cribs are provided if needed. The bedding is very recent, 2023. Fully equipped kitchen: oven, ceramic cooktop, microwave, coffee bean machine, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, dishes, etc. Table accommodating up to 8 people on the kitchen side. Large dining room with table seating up to 16 people for large meals. Large TV lounge area adjoining the dining room. There are many games and activities for children (books, toys, etc.) and for older children. Laundry area: washing machine, dryer, additional refrigerator and freezer, shoe and jacket storage furniture. 3 separate toilets. The house is air-conditioned. The exterior includes: - a large terrace equipped with a large table and outdoor chairs, gas barbecue, charcoal barbecue and outdoor kitchen worktop, - a large swimming pool (9 X 4 m) heated to 29 degrees and secured by a barrier (from May to September) 1.40 m deep water and a 1 m by 4 m by 40 cm deep water beach, - a large petanque court, - a wooded garden and games for children (wooden cabin with barriers and various games for all ages). The terrace is shaded by 4 awnings 5 meters wide by 3 meters long to better enjoy the outdoors. The windows and French windows of the bedrooms and the house are equipped with mosquito nets. There is a large pebble yard that can accommodate many vehicles. Linens are provided (bed, bath, beach, hand, kitchen towels). Surrounding area: Chatillon-sur-Chalaronne 4 km away (5-min drive). Vonnas (Georges Blanc's Gourmet Village) 15 km away (15 min drive). Villars-les-Dombes Bird Park 20 km away (20 min drive). TouroParc in Romanèche Torens 15 min drive. Macôn 20 min drive. Bourg-en-Bresse 25 km away. Water bodies and ponds nearby. Numerous activities nearby for all ages (Mont Brouilly, the Solutré Rocks, the Pizay Castle). 45 minutes from Lyon. 25 min to Bourg-en-Bresse. 20 min from Villefranche-sur-Saône and Macôn. Guest access The entire house except one office room as shown on the plan in the photo. Other things to note Early check-in and late checkout subject to conditions and prior request. Rentals are by the week from Saturday to Saturday and according to the schedules indicated to allow us to manage the cleaning and return of the house to optimal conditions for our guests. But we can accommodate you, before entering the house or after leaving the house, in our cottage which is located in our stables 500 meters from the house. We have two bedrooms and a dining area.
